Leaderboard glitch???

Hi,
I was just doing a check on the top player leader boards yesterday when i came across this..

Did he find a glitch to put himself wayyyyyyy up there,or is this just some kind of crappy EA server error??

Not enough info there. I remember looking at the top players a few weeks ago and MOST, not all, of the top 20 had one thing in common- a very high amount of teleports.

As the PS3 never really gets patched alot of the dumb tricks etc. that have been fixed on the other versions of the game still exist here. Getting 1 point for each teleport is one of them.

i was checking the leader boards yesterday and i saw my ranking had jumped up about 2,000 points from 4,400 to 6,350. i have never seen my score jump that high from just one night of playing. me, piggy, and defy were all in the top 12 Div. 1. we were all playing in the same game that night and going against good compition so that makes me think it all has to do with how good your opponent is.
 

yikes. I just logged in and went from the 1st division to the 5th division from that very same set of games! Which is odd considering I had the 4th highest score, won each round, and had a great K/D ratio. Arrgh, why do I care?

ranks shouldn't be the measurement of greatness. its what you bring to the table online. i personally would like to be ranked higher but i dont mind being lower as i just dont give a rats ass. i let the people(i play with and against)  know if im great in with my contributions. i mean im good but someone is probably out on the ps3 who can do a better job than me. all it come downs to is the wins as losing really sucks. i wish they record wins and loses as that would mean that no matter how shitty you are as long as you help your team win. you deserve the win.

I think the rating isn't based on your number of kills/dominations/destructions/defences , but on who you kill...
