Missing Cursor problem

Hi, I'm new in TF2 and I have a little problem, I can't see the cursor icon. I don't think this is normal, but can you help me?

I could play without it before, but now it's very hard to do it, What can I do??

Do you mean your crosshair? If so....

Go into your options in TF2, you'll find settings for the crosshair.
