When i boot my computer up, i can immediately notice little red dots the size of a pixel dancing around my screen. it doesnt go away when i start tf2. i googled this and it seemed like a GPU problem with overheating but my computer doesnt run hotter than 42C. any advice? If u need more info, id be glad to share.
i tried to update the drivers too, but i may have done them wrong
